The Smoker's Lungs is a Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Coughing Lungs. When equipped, pressing the Accessory Hotkey will create a large, stationary Smoke Cloud around the player that lingers for 10 seconds before disappearing. The Cloud deals 50 damage to enemies within and has a 20*1/5 (20%) chance to afflict them with the Smoker Cough Debuff. The debuff causes the target to occasionally create a smaller Smoke Cloud that deals 35 damage, lasts for 5 seconds, and does not inflict any debuffs. After activating the ability, it will enter a 1 minute cooldown.
