The Skull Amulet is a pre-Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Zomboid Necromancers and Zomboid Pyromancers or found inside Barrels within the Creepy Catacombs. When equipped, killing enemies will spawn a soul that homes in on the player and is absorbed on contact, increasing damage by 2% per absorbed soul up to 20%. Absorbing 10 souls will grant the player the Necromantic Frenzy buff for 10 seconds, which increases attack speed by 75% and keeps the damage boost. Absorbing souls while the buff is active will refresh the buff's duration.
