The Scrubby Sea Sponge is a consumable Hardmode bloom that can be grown from Completely Unidentifiable Organs. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 3 minutes, which grants a 4*1/25 (4%) chance (5.56*1/18 (5.56%) during the rain) to absorb any hostile projectile within 6.25 tiles of the player. Absorbing a projectile grants the Scrubby Absorption buff for 10 seconds, which increases damage reduction by 10%
