Rotty's Wrath is a craftable pre-Hardmode flail. While swung, it will generate a Fly every 0.33 seconds that sticks close to the player, up to a maximum of 10. After releasing the attack button, all Flies will be launched in the direction of the cursor. Flies deal 50% of the flail's damage, ignore tiles, and only deal damage after being launched.

Its best modifier is Godly.
