The Ooze Magnum is a craftable Hardmode gun that serves as a Sentient variant of the Venus Magnum. Holding the attack button will fire damaging Bile, with the weapon's fire rate increasing after each shot. The maximum fire rate is achieved after 16 shots, resulting in Bile being shot once every 4 frames. Each Bile projectile has a 6.67% chance to be replaced with a Tooth that can pierce enemies 3 times.

Releasing the attack button after achieving maximum fire rate will launch a giant Bile glob that deals 500% damage and explodes into 10 Bile projectiles upon colliding with a tile or an enemy. The resulting Bile projectiles deal 50% of the giant glob's damage.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
