Noseferatu is a mini-boss found in his own arena in the Temple of Moco, which becomes accessible after completing all other combat rooms in the Temple. Initially, he is passive and will become hostile upon the player entering his arena. He will fly around the arena, performing the following attacks in a random order:

  • Flies to the top of the arena and fires a stream of Grunt Snot (Spooky Mod).gifSnot projectiles directly at the player for 3 seconds.
  • Casts 4 Booger Balls around himself and starts slowly flying towards the player. Booger Balls can be destroyed by dealing damage to them and will turn into projectiles after 3 seconds, being able to bounce off tiles 3 times.
  • Aligns himself horizontally with the player and dashes in their direction. If Noseferatu hits a wall, he will be temporarily stunned.

After every 3 attacks, Noseferatu will summon 2 Nolegams if no Nolegams are currently alive. Nolegams will constantly bounce across the arena and will always drop Hearts on death.

When brought below 50% health, Noseferatu will throw 5 Snot Ball (projectile) (2) (Spooky Mod).pngSnot Balls around that each spawn either a Cultist Grunt, Cultist Gunner, or Cultist Conjurer upon impact with a tile.

NPC

As with all Nose Cultist enemies, wearing the Nose Cultist set will allow the player to interact with unalerted Noseferatu for some dialogue. The player can additionally request the Noseferatu's Blessing buff from him in exchange for 1 Snot Glob. The buff lasts for 10 minutes and grants a 10*1/10 (10%) chance on hit to summon an orbiting Snot Ball (projectile) (2) (Spooky Mod).pngSnot Ball around the enemy. Snot Balls initially deal no damage and a maximum of 10 Snot Balls can exist at a time. After 6 seconds, all Snot Balls orbiting an enemy will be launched towards them, dealing damage equal to 200% of the hit's that summoned them, and the enemy will become immune to this effect for 5 seconds.

    • "My little disciple, have you come to sacrifice yourself for the holy one?"
    • "I am out of holy booger blasters. I can make you into one, though."
    • "What are you doing away from the shrine? It is worshipping hour."
    • "Sniffle... you know, you look like you could use more snot. on your cloak."
    • "Our rituals have allowed us to turn those sacred moclings back into the great one. Only those who are worthy may witness it in all its glory."
    • "The nose that sneezed out the nose that sneezed out the nose. This is the process that created our kind and this world."

    When clicking on the "Blessing" button:

    • "Here my little follower, for you a blessing straight from my nose. Use it wisely..."
    • "Did you come to me and expect to yield results with no sacred snot? Shameful." (if the player does not have any Snot Globs)
