The New Years Resolution is an accessory that can be found inside Yuletide Chests in Krampus' Workshop or inside Giant Christmas Presents. When equipped, receiving a fatal blow will set the player's health to 1, grant 5 seconds of immunity, and begin a 5 second countdown, after which the player will die.

- Dying from New Years Resolution's countdown will display the following unique death message: "Happy new year, <player name>!"
