The Mystery Present is an item given by Krampus as part of his delivery quests. Using it near a Town NPC will give the Present to them, spawning an enemy and causing them to die instantly. The first four delivered Presents will spawn a Giant Marble, Boxed Jack, Builder Bot, and Chef-Bot 9000 in that order, additionally allowing them to spawn in Krampus' Workshop.
The fifth Mystery Present will be a special Present addressed to Little Eye. Delivering it will not result in Little Eye's death and will spawn Cornelius near him. Delivering additional Presents to Little Eye will spawn one of the enemies mentioned above instead.
