The Molar Mauler is a craftable Hardmode melee weapon that serves as a Sentient variant of the Keybrand. When used, it performs a combo that consists of 2 swings, followed by throwing the weapon at the cursor in a manner akin to a boomerang. Both the swings and the throw can inflict a stack of the Sentient Keybrand Debuff, which reduces defense by the stack's amount and can stack up to 15 times. Additionally, the Molar Mauler deals 50% more damage to enemies below 50% of their maximum health.

Its best modifier is Legendary.
