The Hallucigenia Spine is a Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Terramalgams. When equipped, taking damage will spawn 3 Hallucigenia Spines that slowly travel in a straight line, last for 4 seconds, and deal damage equal to 50% of damage taken or 40, whichever is higher.
