The Ghastly Rosary is a Hardmode accessory that can be dropped by Pandora's Box. When equipped, an orbiting Ghastly Hand will spawn around the player every 5.42 seconds, up to a maximum of 5 Hands at once. Taking damage will make all Ghastly Hands home in on the player, healing 15 life upon touching them. Afterwards, no Hands will be able to spawn for 12 seconds.
