The Femur Fracturer is a pre-Hardmode melee weapon that can be dropped by Big John. Holding the attack button will spin the hammer around the player, dealing damage to nearby enemies. Releasing the button after at least 2 seconds will throw the hammer at the cursor in a manner akin to a boomerang. Holding the button for 4 seconds will instead supercharge the hammer, increasing its velocity and causing it to release up to 6 homing Fracturer Skulls after being thrown. Fracturer Skulls deal 50% of hammer's damage and can travel through solid blocks.

Its best modifier is Godly.
