The Evil Dutchman Pipe is a consumable bloom that can be grown from Ancient Plant Fossils. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 5 minutes, which creates an evil aura around the player. The aura afflicts any enemy within 15 tiles of the player with the Dutchman Pipe Debuff, which causes the target to take 1.25x more damage.
