The Dreadful Clarinet is a pre-Hardmode accessory sold by the Suspicious Skeleton after defeating Moco. When equipped, it grants a 50*1/2 (50%) chance to summon a Red Mist Note upon landing a critical strike. Red Mist Notes orbit the player for 2 seconds before homing in on the nearest enemy. The Notes' damage is equal to the hit that summoned them, being capped at 70. Only 5 Red Mist Notes can be active at a time.
