Cultist Gunners are enemies encountered in the Temple of Moco. Initially, they are passive and will become hostile upon the player entering their arenas. Cultist Gunners walk towards the player and periodically shoot a spread of 6 Snot projectiles at them.

As with all Nose Cultist enemies, wearing the Nose Cultist set will allow the player to interact with unalerted Cultist Gunners for some dialogue.
