Cultist Grunts are enemies encountered in the Temple of Moco. Initially, they are passive and will become hostile upon the player entering their arenas. Cultist Grunts walk towards the player and periodically shoot a Grunt Snot (Spooky Mod).gifSnot projectile at them.

As with all Nose Cultist enemies, wearing the Nose Cultist set will allow the player to interact with unalerted Cultist Grunts for some dialogue.
