The Creepy Pasta is a craftable Hardmode accessory that combines the effects of Arcade Cabinet, Creepy Dog Photo, Dreadful Clarinet, The Eighth Page, NES Cartridge, and Blocky Altar. When equipped, it grants the following effects:

Creates a Polybius Swirl at the cursor that deals 90 damage to any enemy it touches, losing 1 charge in the process. The Swirl can store up to 5 charges, with 1 charge being regenerated every 1.42 seconds if no enemy has been hit.

Summons a Smiling Puppy that follows the player around and attacks by running at nearby enemies, dealing 150 damage on contact.

Grants a 1/2 (50%) chance to summon a Red Mist Note upon landing a critical strike. Red Mist Notes orbit the player for 2 seconds before homing in on the nearest enemy. The Notes' damage is equal to the hit that summoned them. Additionally, after summoning a Red Mist Note, the player will not be able to summon more Notes for 2 seconds.

Summons 4 Shadow Tentacles attached to the player that attack by extending towards any enemy within 25 tiles, dealing 100 damage on contact. If a Shadow Tentacle kills an enemy, there is a 1/10 (10%) chance for a Creepy Page to drop. Picking it up will consume it and grant the Slenderman Page Buff for 10 seconds, which boosts the damage of the Tentacles by a random amount between 40-79 on each hit. After receiving the buff, there is a 20 second cooldown before more Creepy Pages are able to be dropped.

Dealing damage has a 1/50 (2%) chance to summon a Red Apparition that flies forward a short distance before disappearing. The Apparition ignores tiles, can pierce twice, and deals 500% of the original hit's damage. After summoning a Red Apparition, the player will not be able to summon additional ones for 6 seconds.

Pressing the Accessory Hotkey will summon a lightning bolt aimed at the cursor's position. The lightning bolt ignores tiles, can pierce infinitely, but will stop doing damage after it hits a boss. It deals 801-1200 damage if the target is a regular enemy and 15% of target's maximum life if it is a boss. After activating the ability, it will enter a 2 minute cooldown.
