The Creepy Dog Photo is a pre-Hardmode accessory sold by the Suspicious Skeleton after defeating Spooky Spirit. When equipped, it summons a Smiling Puppy that follows the player around. It attacks by running at nearby enemies, dealing 30 damage on contact. Every 3 minutes, the Puppy will turn on the player for 10 seconds, attacking them instead.
