The Creepy Candle is a pre-Hardmode accessory that can be found inside an Old Wood Chest in the Spooky Underground or inside Spooky Wood Crates. When equipped, magic projectiles will have a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance on hit to inflict the On Fire! debuff for 2 seconds.
