The Completely Unidentifiable Organ is a Hardmode bloom seed that is dropped by Big Dunk. As with all bloom seeds, it can only be planted on Bloom Soil. However, it will only grow if all 9 tiles of the bloom are submerged in water. It can grow into either Giant Barnacle, Gluttonous Cucumber, Ouchy Urchin, or Scrubby Sea Sponge.

Tips

  • Due to Big Dunk not respawning after being killed, the only way to get more Completely Unidentifiable Organs is to use the Watering Gourd's effect.
