The California Reaper is a consumable bloom that can be grown from Genetically-Modified Seeds. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 5 minutes, which increases melee damage by 10% and grants melee weapons a 6.67*1/15 (6.67%) chance to inflict the Pepper Spice debuff for 10 seconds. The debuff causes the enemy to periodically fire a stream of Pepper Flames at nearby enemies, which ignores tiles, pierces infinitely, and deals 25% less damage for each enemy pierces. The base damage of the Flames is equal to the damage of the targeted enemy, capped at 250.
