The Bonemeal is an accessory that can be rarely dropped by Skeletoids and Rolling Skulls. When equipped, it grants a 0.0857*3/3500 (0.0857%) chance per frame (5.14*9/175 (5.14%) per second) to instantly progress a random bloom within 20 tiles of the player into its next growth stage.
