The Black Pepper Pebbles are a consumable bloom that can be grown from Ancient Plant Fossils. When used, it grants its bloom buff for 5 minutes, which causes a Pepper Pebble to be shot out every 15 seconds, with this cooldown increasing by 1 frame per 1 point of player's defense. Pepper Pebbles are affected by gravity and will disappear after 6 seconds. Picking up a Pebble will increase the player's defense by 2, up to a maximum boost of 20, which lasts until the bloom's buff is cleared.
