The Ancient Skull Mask is a Hardmode Expert Mode-exclusive accessory dropped by Big Bone. When equipped, moving at 20mph or faster will cause homing Skull Wisps to fly out of the player. Skull Wisps deal $80+(x/3)$ damage and are fired every $3/(x/10)$ seconds, where $x$ is the player's current speed in mph.
