The Analog TV is a pre-Hardmode accessory sold by the Suspicious Skeleton after defeating Spooky Spirit. When equipped, pressing the Accessory Hotkey will summon an Alternate that will follow the player around for 10 seconds before disappearing. The Alternate will reduce the velocity of any non-boss enemy within 15 tiles by 5% per frame. After activating the ability, it will enter a 1 minute cooldown.
