The Stabilizing Tonic is a pre-Hardmode buff potion that grants the Hyperphantasia buff for 20 minutes 0.5 seconds upon being consumed. The buff grants the effect similar to that of Spectre Goggles, allowing the player to see invisible blocks, such as Echo Blocks, Phase Ore, or Hardlight Blocks.
