The Cataclysm Musket Pouch is a Pre-Hardmode ammunition item that can be found inside Locked Meteorite Chests or crafted. While in the inventory, it grants access to unlimited Cataclysm Bullets, which move erratically and can arc towards the nearest enemy within 13.5 tiles, dealing 20% damage. Favoriting this item will instead fire Charged Cataclysm Bullets at the cost of 1 void per bullet. Charged bullets travel instantly and can arc up to 5 times, dealing 33% damage.
