The Bluefire Potion is a pre-Hardmode buff potion that grants the Bluefire buff for 4 minutes and 5 seconds upon being consumed. The buff causes killed enemies to spawn a Bluefire Crush explosion that deals 40% of the killing blow's damage in a medium radius.

Notes

  • Combining Bluefire Potion with the Wisp in a Jar will still result in only 1 Bluefire Crush explosion occurring on kill; however, its damage will be raised to 70% of the killing blow's. Additionally, the explosions will produce both blue and orange particles.
