The Terminus is a craftable Hardmode, post-Lunatic Cultist pavise. In addition to its normal functionality, its slam attack will fire an energy bolt projectile that automatically homes towards enemies. By default, the energy bolt deals the same damage as the weapon's base damage, but if fired after successfully blocking an enemy or projectile, will instead deal 300% of the weapon's base damage. The empowered bolt will expire when the block's duration ends.
The Terminus has a base slam distance of 9.375 tiles, and block duration of 5 seconds.
While held, the Terminus has a unique visual effect of blue and orange flames emerging from the pavise; when blocking the flames will grow in intensity, and growing further after a successful block.
Its best modifier is Empyrean.
