The Stormbreaker is a Pre-Hardmode warhammer that has a chance to be dropped by The Grand Thunder Bird if the Thorium Mod is installed.
Enemies struck with the warhammer will release an electric discharge that can damage to nearby enemies. Each time the enemy is hit, there is a chance that it will release an enhance version of their attack, dealing 75% of the weapon's base damage.
By default, it takes 2.5 seconds to fully charge the throw, and successfully hitting an enemy with the melee swing will provide 1 seconds' worth of charge time. Melee speed modifiers will affect both the charge time and charge filled by the melee swing.
Hitting an enemy with a fully-charged warhammer throw will restore 1 guard and 1 slam charge.
Its best modifier is Empyrean.
