The Queen's Rune is a Pre-Hardmode rune that has a chance to be dropped by the Queen Bee. Holding the left-click above 66% charge will consumes 2 slams to spawn 3 floating hives that periodically generates friendly bees, which attack nearby enemies. The hives last for 35 seconds.

Additionally, if 100% charged will reinforce the holder, additionally spawns one more floating hive and extends its duration to 60 seconds. Using a rune again while the effects are active will instantly gives some charge time based on its remaining effect time.

Its best modifier is Angleic.
