The Blitz Banner is a Pre-Hardmode standard item that can be found in Sandstone Chests in the Underground Desert, as well as Oasis or Mirage Crates.

Holding left-click will charge the standard; once fully-charged, it will restore 1 slam charge and increase movement speed by 15%. Additionally, when fully-charged again will reinforce the holder, granting each user's charged hits and slams ability to chain lighting effect onto enemies within 17 range.

Like all standard items, it cannot receive a Modifier.
