Missile Addons (Metroid Mod)

Missile Addons are items used to empower the Missile Launcher mode of the Arm Cannon. These addons come in two types.

  • Primary Addons change the projectiles fired when normally using the launcher
  • Charge Addons allow special attacks when holding down Use / Attack

Missile Addons can be used via the Missile UI.

  • +250% damage
  • -50% speed

Super Missile + Ice Missile + 8 Ectoplasm + 3 Beetle Husk + Energy Supercoolant ( @Mythril Anvil / Orichalcum Anvil )

Metroid Mod/Stardust Missile Stardust Missile
  • Shots are more powerful and create a larger explosion
  • Shots freeze enemies instantly
  • +400% damage
  • -50% speed

18 Stardust Fragment ( @Ancient Manipulator )

Metroid Mod/Nebula Missile Nebula Missile
  • Shots are more powerful and create a larger explosion
  • Shots create lingering masses of Nebula energy on impact that continuously damage foes
  • +400% damage
  • -50% speed

  • Hold click to lock on to targets, and release to fire
  • Can lock on to a maximum of 5 targets
    • Can target the same enemy multiple times
  • Consumes the appropriate number of missiles

  • Fires a constant stream of electricity at full charge
  • Initially costs 10 missiles, then drains 5 missiles per second during use
  • Array slot 4

  • Charge shots create 4 large diffusion flares on impact that spiral outward, dealing damage to enemies
  • Charge shots and flares deal 3x damage

  • Fires a continuous laser beam of Nova energy at full charge

10 Chlorophyte Bar + Emerald + Solar Tablet Fragment + 2 Beetle Husk ( @Mythril Anvil / Orichalcum Anvil )

Metroid Mod/Vortex Storm Vortex Storm
  • Fires vortexes that orbit the player at full charge
  • Each vortex fires a blast after 2 seconds
  • Releasing the charge makes all vortexes immediately fire
  • Initially costs 10 missiles, then drains 5 missiles per second during use
  • Array slot 10

15 Vortex Fragment + 5 Luminite Bar ( @Ancient Manipulator )

Metroid Mod/Stardust Blizzard Stardust Blizzard
  • Charge shots create 8 Stardust Dragons on impact that spiral outward, covering terrain in ice which freezes foes
  • Additionally a Stardust Guardian spawns at the center which attacks any enemy caught in the ice
  • Charge shots cost 10 missiles
  • Both the ice and Guardian last 20 seconds
    • Only 3 Guardians can exist at once
  • Array slot 11

  • Creates a tethered mass of Nebula Energy that lashes at foes when fully charged
