The Kaev Powder is a Hardmode Powder. When used, it shoots out blood effects that apply the Dusted and Use Igniter debuffs. When the powder is lit, red sparkles burst from the target dealing area of effect damage.

Its best modifier is Demonic for damage output, or Mystic for mana conservation because it cannot get modifiers that affect knockback.
