Irradia can be found as an NPC inside Govheil Castle. The fight starts when Irradia is shown a Manifested Bravery.
Behavior
Irradia has a dialogue sequence when starting the fight, she causes her ally Havoc to become hostile, immediately attacking the player as soon as the fight starts
