The Frost Powder is a craftable Pre-Hardmode Powder. When used, it shoots out ice dust and a cold effect that apply the Dusted and Use Igniter debuffs. When the powder is lit, snowflakes burst from the target dealing area of effect damage.

• Alongside being crafted, can also be bought from Gambit for 3 Ruin Medals.

Its best modifier is Demonic for damage output, or Mystic for mana conservation because it cannot get modifiers that affect knockback.
