The Pungent Eyeball is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by the Wall of Flesh. When equipped, it will grant immunity to the Blackout and Obstructed debuffs, and creates an aura at the player's cursor. While an enemy is inside the aura, they will be inflicted with the Pungent Gaze debuff. Affected enemies take increased damage, which increases linearly the longer the debuff is applied, up to a maximum of 15% increased damage after 5 seconds. Additionally, it will multiply the spawn rate of all enemies which appear on the Lifeform Analyzer by 5x.
