The Necromantic Brew is a Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by Skeletron. When equipped, it grants immunity to Lethargic, and increases dash speed by 50%. While dashing, the player will take 75% less contact damage and reflect 100% of contact damage. It additionally summons 2 Skeletron Arm minions which attack enemies by whacking them. The Arms deal 18 summon damage, which scales with the player's summon damage boosts.
