The Ice Queen's Crown is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It has a chance to be dropped by the Ice Queen. When equipped, it grants immunity to the Hypothermia debuff, and increases the player damage reduction by 5%.
It also grants the player the ability to graze enemies' attacks (similar to Sparkling Adoration) to gain a freeze bomb. The freeze bomb appears as blue orb that appears after grazing a total of 3440 damage from enemy attacks that will dissipate overtime unless the player grazes more attacks. The bomb is activated by pressing the Bomb button. When the freeze bomb is used, every enemy and hostile projectile within a radius of 150 tiles from player will be inflicted with the Time Frozen and Chilled debuffs for 1 second and 3 seconds, respectively. This briefly freezes enemies and projectiles, then slows them for a short time afterwards.

- Grazing an attack is indicated by a sound effect and a yellow dust ring. If the bomb is ready, the dust ring turns cyan and a cyan pulse is emitted from the player.
- Projectiles count as grazing if they pass nearby the player without hitting them, shots that are avoided by means such as the Black Belt or Holy Dodge buff also count as being grazed.
- The graze has radius of 10 tiles. This is denoted by a cyan aura.
- Freeze bomb will be completely gone after 9 seconds without grazing.

- The graze is based on the graze mechanic from the Touhou Project series.
- The sound used for the item is also the same sound used regularly throughout the series.
