The Gutted Heart is a Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by the Brain of Cthulhu. When equipped, it grants immunity to the Bloodthirsty debuff, increases max health by 10%, and spawns Gutted Creeper with 30 HP to block projectiles. Gutted Creepers inflict Ichor debuff on contact. Only 5 Gutted Creepers can be alive at a time. Gutted Creepers spawn every 15 seconds, which scales down to 10 seconds the lower the player's health is. In addition, they will spawn twice as fast when the player is not moving.
