The Darkened Heart is a Pre-Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by the Eater of Worlds. When equipped, it grants immunity to Rotting, 10% increased movement speed, and increases turnaround traction. Attacks will spawn 2-5 mini eaters that seek out enemies every 1 second. Mini eaters have a base damage of 18 which scales with melee damage boosts, and inflict Cursed Inferno for 2 seconds.
