Betsy's Heart is a Hardmode accessory exclusive to Eternity Mode. It is always dropped by Betsy. When equipped, it grants immunity to Oozed, Withered Weapon, and Withered Armor debuffs.
Additionally, it allows the player to perform a quick dash toward the cursor by pressing Special Dash button. During the dash, the player has complete immunity to all attacks. If the player collides with any enemies during the dash, the dash cooldown will be reduced by half and the enemies also receive the Betsy's Curse debuff for 20 seconds. The dash has a cooldown of 5 seconds.
