Pre-bosses

Pre-Skeletron

By now several bosses should have been defeated, such as the Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu, the Queen Bee and Niflheim, and should have access to Shadow/Crimson equipment and Hellstone equipment.

Pre-Wall of Flesh

Most bosses should be beatable by now, and with access to the dungeon more powerful equipment should become available.

Pre-Mech Bosses

Endgame

  1. ↑ 1.0 1.1 1.2 1.3 1.4 1.5 May be difficult to obtain at this stage of the game, but possible
  2. ↑ 2.0 2.1 Though weak at this stage of the game, provides a very useful ability
  3. ↑ 3.0 3.1 3.2 3.3 Both weapons provide a similar bonus, but can't stack together
