The Hemorrhaging Halberd is a Hardmode spear that wobbles when swung, causing its head to "slash" across a fixed width. Every fourth tick it will spawn a Pathogen Smoke projectile, drastically increasing its range and inflicting the Pathogen debuff for 7 seconds.
It has a 20*1/5 (20%) chance of being dropped by Contagion Mimics.
