The Slimy Blue Balloon is a Pre-Hardmode accessory sold by the Sky Merchant for 5 between Sunday and Monday, or it can be created when throwing a Shiny Red Balloon into the Shimmer. When equipped, your gravity is reduced while falling and you cannot take fall damage, unless you are holding ▼ Down. This effect is very similar to the Featherfall Potion, except the potion also grants an increase to jump height.
This accessory has no benefit when used with the Crown of Blood.
