The Shmonocle is an informational accessory obtained by throwing a Rich Man's Monocle into Shimmer. While active, item tooltips will be updated with a purple "Shimmer Ingredient" line if they have a unique transformation when thrown into the Shimmer.
Like other informational accessories, it cannot be boosted by the Crown of Blood.
