The Hitscanner is a Hardmode gun crafted using Possessed Shard. The bullets shot from this gun instantly hit their target, meaning you don't need to consider velocities when aiming.
While it does have very similar stats to the Boomstick, it shoots 10 bullets instead of 4.
Its best modifier is Unreal.
