The Hailstorm Staff is a Hardmode summon weapon that summons a Snowflake minion. It attacks by moving towards enemies and dealing contact damage.
When summoning more than one snowflake, it will attach itself to the first summoned snowflake, creating a bigger snowflake. Each revolution around the snowflake takes an exponential amount of minions.
