Guide:Class setups (Aequus)

Aequus has minor expansions on the number of options available for the four vanilla classes – Melee, Ranged, Magic, and Summon. In addition to this, the mod adds a new Summoner subclass, Necromancy, with mechanics unique to the Aequus. As with vanilla, each class's versatility, capabilities, and power increase as you progress through the game. This, plus the existing choices from vanilla, means it may be overwhelming for a first-time player to decide what to use. This guide will provide potential weapons, armor, accessories, and other options for each class at multiple points of the game.

For a list of equipment from vanilla Terraria, please refer to this guide.

Some things to note about this Class Setups page:

  • This guide will pertain only to Aequus equipment: No Vanilla items are included. This doesn't mean you shouldn't use Vanilla content too, it's just not listed here to keep it simple.
  • Necromancy items will be marked with (Light Eater (Aequus).png) to the right of their name.
