The Blood Mimic is a pre-Hardmode Mimic Variant that only appears during a Blood Moon. It acts similarly to regular Mimics, however it spawns in Groups of 3-7.

Blood Mimics will always drop Suspicious Looking Steak or Potion of Resurrection. However the other drops are only dropped by the Last Blood Mimic killed from the Group.

Trivia

• Blood Mimics are one of the few Blood Moon enemies which do not drop Bloody Tearstones.
